Dr Gurvinder Kaur has extensive experience in developing psychometrically sound instrumentation, administering surveys, and conducting interviews across a wide range of age-groups, as well as undertaking advanced quantitative and qualitative data analysis. In addition to her methodological focus on structural equation models (SEM), both confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis, multilevel modelling and latent growth curve modelling, her major substantive interests include self-concept, motivational constructs, classroom management, and bullying. She has published in a number of international journals including Educational Research, Asia Pacific Journal of Teacher Education, and Annual Review of Clinical Psychology. She has also published a number of book chapters and peer-reviewed papers in international conference proceedings.
