Thesis: What Should Leadership Look Like in a Modern Policing Organisation?: Possible Positive Interventions in Leadership Self-Concept Development in the New South Wales Police Force
This research involved identifying the self-concept construct of leaders within the New South Wales Police Force, with a view to developing programs which can positively impact upon their self-concept development. This self-awareness development is intended to have a flow-on effect for follower well-being due to more positive interactions. The aim is to help address significant sick leave within our organisation due to workplace conflict (especially with leaders and managers).
