Mindfulness, Compassion, and Action
Compassion, non-attachment, and psychological flexibility are just some of the processes involved in mindfulness. This program seeks to advance our understanding of mindfulness, utilising a broad range of research methods to examine positive psychological processes at multiple levels: biological, psychological, behavioural, and social.
Working with many populations, including young people and adults, sports teams, schools, and other organisations, we examine interventions designed to promote psychological and emotional well-being, supportive communities, and effective behaviour.
Our ultimate goal is to find ways to reduce human suffering and promote thriving.
