Positive Organisational and Social Context

The outcomes of positive psychological processes can be either supported or undermined by the social context within which they take place (eg families, peer groups, classroom, school, workplaces, and communities). This program looks at the social contexts that support positive growth. This also includes accounting for maladaptive aspects of psychological processes.

To further increase our understanding of these important influences on positive development, IPPE leads international research in the development of new and evolving models of these contextual effects.
